It’s designed to give you a great introduction of Crossfit in an environment with other new starters. We keep the limit of people going through at any one time small. When are the sessions for the 2-Week Trial Foundation Program?

You may join the 2 week program on any Monday. Show up 5-10 mins before either our 6:00 am or 7:00 pm class.
Please note there may be timetable changes on Public Holidays.
